Pvl88 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the pvl88 platform. By registering for or using our services, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the pvl88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and pvl88 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms will be deemed as acceptance of the revised Terms.
Account Creation & Security
To use pvl88's services, you must register a valid account. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, active mobile number and valid payment details. pvl88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, except where it can be proven that pvl88 was negligent in protecting your information. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a pvl88 user, you agree to:
- Only use the platform for lawful purposes that comply with applicable laws in Malaysia.
- Do not attempt to hack, manipulate or disrupt any systems, servers or networks associated with pvl88.
- Do not use any automated software, bots, scripts or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Do not share your account with or allow access by any other party.
- Do not engage in any form of cheating, collusion or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age stipulated by local law, whichever is higher.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension, balance freezing or appropriate legal action.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the pvl88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). pvl88 supports a range of local deposit and withdrawal methods, including online banking, e-wallets and other approved methods as updated from time to time.
Deposit
Deposits are final once confirmed by our system. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected. pvl88 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within standard business hours. pvl88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the pvl88 account holder.
Bonuses and promotional credits may be subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn. Full details for each promotion are stated on the respective promotion page.
Liability Limits & Account Policy

Pvl88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption. pvl88's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Pvl88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. Any legitimate balance in an account closed due to fraud may be forfeited. pvl88's decision in such matters is final.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the pvl88 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other visual elements — is the property of pvl88 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from pvl88.
Third-Party Links
The pvl88 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. pvl88 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms
Pvl88 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this website. You are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
